Vera grew up in Germany and has spent her life pursuing sports and fitness.
She now resides in Narrabeen on the northern beaches of Sydney.
Vera is a keen tennis player and an all round sports person.
She has completed the Certificate III course at AFI.

Vera is currently working with several small groups of women to improve their fitness.
She begins with a fitness assessment and develops a program suitable for each individual.
It really does work - results can be seen within a couple of weeks.
